How did you get started in bikini?

My entire life I've worked and worked out in gyms - one day a mother of a competitor approached me in the gym and sparked my interest in competing. I decided to compete in two figure shows but soon realized in order to compete on the National level I would have to put on a lot more size - which I just wasn't willing to do. After taking a 3 year break from competing I finally heard about the new bikini division - which I am now actively competing in.

What has been your most memorable experience to date competing in the NPC?

Placing 2nd at my first bikini show - the Arnold Classic!

What are some of the attributes that make you successful

I'm driven, classy, athletic and intelligent. I think I represent a well rounded bikini competitor.

What type of training approach do you utilize?

Just get it done. No sense complaining about what you need to do especially when its voluntary. No one forces you to do this.

What type of dieting approach do you utilize?

I get all my diets from my trainer. My biggest weakness is drinking enough water - but I try to get it in!

What supplements are essential to your training?

Glutamine and whey protein.

Anybody special you’d like to thank?

My trainer, Mike Davies. Also my very supportive boyfriend, family and members/staff here at my gym.
