How did you get started in Bodybuilding?
My Girl friend worked at the gym, where the owner was a prep coach. She asked him
to approach me. At first i was standoffish, but i finally accepted.
What has been your most memorable experience to date competing in
the NPC?
Winning the Novice Overall.
What are some of the attributes that make you successful
Constantly wanting to do better, and look better. Out perform myself.
What type of training approach do you utilize?
I don't think its a style per say, but heavy training, forced reps, and dropsets.
What type of dieting approach do you utilize?
KETO.
What supplements are essential to your training?
Animal and Universal. Pak, Omega, Nitro, Pump, Cuts, Ultra Iso Whey, Uni-Liver.
What are your competitive goals in 2010 and beyond?
Turn natural IFBB Pro.
